David O., Inc. is a licensed landscape architecture firm operating out of its atelier studio in Coconut Grove, Miami.
David J. Odishoo leads and mentors a well-rounded team of talented professionals with backgrounds in landscape architecture, architecture, and construction. This team is responsible for the development of projects throughout the Americas and the Caribbean.
Working with individual clients or as part of a larger design team, the firm's involvement includes conceptual master planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and oversight of on-site implementation.
Current projects include the Nobu Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; the Hard Rock Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; the Unico Resort and Hotel in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico; Hodges Bay Resort in Antigua, W.I.; and numerous residences, hotels, and condominiums throughout Florida and the Caribbean.
